SpaceX公司正在准备本月的第二次Starlink发射，这一次是在卡纳维拉尔角空间站。
搭载猎鹰9号火箭从太空发射综合体40(SLC-40)执行的Starlink 12-3任务将是SpaceX公司从该发射台进行的第230次轨道发射。发射时间定在凌晨3点54分。美国东部时间(0854 UTC)。
太空飞行现在将在发射前大约一个小时开始进行现场报道。

SpaceX公司将在此次任务中使用猎鹰9号第一级助推器1069，这将是第21次发射。它之前曾用于CRS-24、Eutelsat Hotbird-F1和16次Starlink飞行等任务。
B1069在升空八分钟多一点后将降落在SpaceX无人机上，只需阅读说明书。如果成功，这将是第108枚助推器在JRTI着陆，也是迄今为止第404枚着陆。
火箭上搭载了21颗Starlink卫星，其中13颗具有Direct to Cell能力。
